Shipping Information: Orders generally will be filled within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping typically takes between 2 and 5 business days within the continental U.S. unless overnight shipping is requested at check out. We ship via UPS and the US Postal Service. You have the ability to select your preferred shipping method and view the shipping rates when you check out. Shipping cost is based on weight, not dollar amount, and includes insurance. International shipping is also available, usually via the US Postal Service for the best rates.

Payment: We accept payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, we will accept a personal check or money order. Once your check or money order is received, your order will be shipped immediately.

Refund/Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied, so if you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, please email to let us know before sending anything back. We will work out the issue to our mutual satisfaction. In most cases, we will refund the price paid once the item is returned to us. Unfortunately, shipping and insurance costs are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation. There are no returns after 30 days of shipment date on original invoice.

Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel an order, we must receive an email within 24 hours of placing the order.
